These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Fervent Team LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of ferventteam.com (the "Site") and any services booked, requested, or provided through it (the "Services").

By accessing the Site, booking a Service, or submitting a lead/inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Description of Services

Fervent Team LLC provides consulting services such as life coaching, career coaching, and business consulting. Specific details, pricing, and scope for individual services will be provided at the time of booking or in a separate agreement/quote.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Bookings, Quotes, and Leads

  • Submitting a booking request, quote request, or lead form does not guarantee availability or acceptance of the request.

  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or reschedule any booking at our discretion.

  • Any pricing, timelines, or scope discussed prior to a signed agreement or confirmed booking are estimates only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms (amounts, due dates, deposits, etc.) will be communicated at the time of booking or in your service agreement/invoice.

  • Payments are processed through PayPal.

  • Late payments may result in service delays, additional fees, or suspension of ongoing/future Services, as outlined in your specific service agreement.

  • All Services are non-refundable. Once a Service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to use the Service. This applies to deposits, partial payments, and full payments alike, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement or as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, emergencies, etc.), in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking or requesting Services

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to any location where Services are performed, if applicable

  • Communicate any special requirements or constraints in advance

  • Comply with any applicable laws or property rules relevant to the Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Fervent Team LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.
