Hi, I'm Shanicka, founder of Fervent Team LLC, and I'm so glad you're here.

For over a decade, I worked in legal business development and marketing. Somewhere along the way, I realized my real gift lies in connecting the dots: listening to someone, hearing what they were actually chasing, and helping them see the strength they already had to go get it.

I started Fervent Team because there was still a quiet voice inside saying there is more. Instead of letting fear of the unknown keep me from growing and embracing the shift, I decided to step out on faith and be obedient to what God was calling me to do. I kept meeting people at the crossroads: first-time entrepreneurs, career changers, people standing at the edge of a decision, who had the drive but not the foundation. They didn’t need someone to hand them a dream. They needed someone to help them build the structure underneath it, shape the plan, and find the confidence to actually shift.

That’s what Fervent Team is for. And that’s what this space, Shift Notes, is for too.

This is where I’ll be sharing real conversations, honest lessons, client wins, and the moments, big and small, that shape this work. Not polished-for-the-sake-of-polished content, but the actual notes from the journey. Because I believe the shift happens when you believe and build in community, not in isolation.
